Connect DataCore to Claude
Claude supports remote MCP servers through custom connectors. Anthropic currently makes custom connectors available on Claude and Claude Desktop for Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans.
Prerequisites
- An active DataCore account
- Access to a supported Claude plan
- Access to Claude's connector settings
- The DataCore MCP Server URL:
https://backend.ecoreservice.com/api/v1/mcp
1. Add DataCore as a custom connector
In Claude, open Customize → Connectors. Under Connectors, select Add custom connector.
- Name: eCore Services
- URL:
https://backend.ecoreservice.com/api/v1/mcp
Select Add to configure the connector.
2. Authenticate with DataCore
After adding the connector, Claude prompts you to connect your account. Select Connect and complete the DataCore authentication flow — sign in with your existing DataCore account and authorize the connection.
Your DataCore password is not shared with Claude during OAuth authentication.
3. Start using DataCore
Once authentication is complete, DataCore is available as a connected connector in Claude. Open the Search and tools menu to enable the connector and select the DataCore tools you want Claude to use. You can now use DataCore capabilities directly from your Claude conversations.
